Photography/Photoshop skills.
Would anyone be intereted in showing of their photographic and photoshoping skills on a single thread?
The only rules are you have to take the photo and edit the photo yourself then post the original unedited version and the edited version together.
With maybe tips as to what you did to achive the edit., I am a rank amateur at photography and with PS / LR but am keen to learn from others.
This is not a competition, just somewhere to show off your ability and help others.
If you are then post the 2 photos here.

do you mean just editing the photo (improving from the original)
Or.. manipulation of the photo?

I mean take a photo and improve it. Adjust sharpness, colour, tones, brightness, shadows etc.
Not just changing the wheel colour on a transit van etc. Nothing personal Dubzy that is good work, I couldn't do that.
I would have put this in the photography section but no one ever goes in there.
This is the original photo taken on the Shannon ferry in Ireland straight from the camera with no editing.
And this is after cropping and editing in Lightroom and Nik Collection.

Long shot I know.Does anybody have the thread where someone asked to have their wheels photoshopped black & white & someone just posted them up with scribble all over them like a 5 year old kid had coloured them in.One of the funniest things ever posted on here.

Taken while in Sabah province in Borneo - straight off the camera, never have the time or patience to sit down and tweak photos. First two are sun-sets the third is sun-rise over the South China Sea - anywhere I take a pic with the horizon in view it always runs down form left to right - dosn't matter how hard I try to correct it.

And here is one for the ladies.
This is a Green Crab Spider I found.
Straight from the camera.
After a bit of cropping and minimal tweaking in Lightroom.
And this is how big the subject really is.

How disappointed his customers would be when he rocks up in the plain transit after seeing the modded image.

so the idea is to do a before and after.. using PS or LightRoom to 'enhance' the photo for the better

The images supplied by TT and Captain on this thread are very romantic.
Not so romantic but excellent detail in your second pic, Wurzel.

No definition, no lively colours, no detail- not even a half interesting imagery. What's so 'wow' about it?
If you took this picture with your iPhone, then yes, it's good but still very substandard for this thread. Well, unless you want someone to spend their precious hours on it and enhance it for you. I wouldn't do it! Well, unless you paid me.
