That's just pure bravado. Whilst your gut reaction is to beat the living pulp out of someone for doing this, to kill that person resulting in a lengthy prison time is just plain stupid. I'm sure the worthiness of this action would evaparate very quickly after reality kicks in with a few nights in your cell whilst you ponder who will be looking out for your family and the effects it will have on your family whilst your stuck inside.
