Where we live - Super unleaded is going up from 31p to 38p per litre on 1st August!
We just bought a big V8 a few months back - bad timing!

My V8 does 4 mpg in town using standard unleaded. @38p you have nothing to worry about. I am in the UK, it costs me £250 to fill my truck

Having spent a lot of time working in the UAE one of the few plusses is the fuel prices. Despite this I've always considered the departure lounge of whichever UAE airport I'm flying out of to be the most agreeable part!

Hi,
We really enjoy it and Dubai is only an hour and a half down the road - if we get bored!
The weather is a big plus - 360 odd days of sun - although it was 47 degrees c at 8.00 this morning!
Cars are a really big thing here - I have never seen so many super cars in one place as you do here!
Even though fuel is cheap - the distances we travel are long - the school run from our house to my sons school is 30 miles each way - so 120 miles per day. At 14mpg - this uses a fair bit of fuel before you even look at going to work!
Cheers
Steve

Of course, you are right!
Just don't want too many people knowing how good it is!

The F150 Raptor is also very popular here - great spec. and very reasonably priced.
Regarding parking - it must be tricky!
There are a few types of big GM trucks here that must be a nightmare to drive through small gaps - they have twin wheels at the back and very wide rear arches - example below!

Cheers
Steve

I park mine where ever I like, no one parks next to me. Obviously I can't park in multi storey or go through Mcdonald drive through keeps my vehicle clean of food wrappers. When driving I take up one and quarter lanes, cars tend to give me a wide berth. There is always someone bigger so then I have to give way.

What surprises alot of drivers is how quick it's off the line 8 seconds or so to 60mph

Seriously, I dig funky jobs like that. Looks great in white, with all the contrasting black.
