Sorry about your plight, we are with them and do our own monthly readings and have had no trouble with them, in fact they promptly refunded money to us when we were in credit with them.

Aren't you able to do you own readings and update your account yourself? No need to let them estimate anything. But after all an estimate is just that, an estimate, sometimes it's going to be inaccurate.
They openly say they save money but no offering the same level of customer support that the big ones do. Suggest that if this is a requirement then you change to one of the big 5 so you can get better customer support.
