does anyone know what a 'viewing hub' is when it comes to looking at new build houses.. a new housing development is being built near me and it says that the 'viewing hubs' are now open.. no idea what a hubs is, anyone know?
They may have a double garage they have converted into a show office and there will be the plans for the properties and the site, it will also have a selection of kitchen work tops and handles in a display should you decide to buy one.

No problem, it's exactly what they do as I have plastered loads of them, they set these up quickly so they can start selling the site. It won't be that long before they have completed show houses right next to the office or failing that they just paint up an unsold plot and use it as a viewing home but it would be un furnished.
what ever you do, go in the smaller one first, we made the mistake of looking at the big one first and even though smaller of the two we looked at was still big, it seemed tiny hahaha
I'm glad someone else broke the ice with that one, must admit I was thinking the same thing.
"Who was that dear?"
"It was the estate agent, he said the chap buying our house has pulled out"
"Oh blast, has his sale fallen through?"
"No, he said the chap went back for a 10th visit and found some hair in the plug hole. He said the chap's going to hold out for a newly built mansion for the same money"

^^ this ^^ (I'm on my second new build btw)
There will be (if there isn't already) a show home that you will be able to look around.
Don't be afraid to bang in a silly offer, I've had quite a chunk of the release price of both mine and negotiated a few extras whilst I was at it
"The grass in the back garden wasn't mowed, so I pulled out of buying that one"
