Whatever your feelings towards those of an "alternative" sexual orientation, you must surely question this latest ruling from the Russian government.
To quote the BBC... 'Russia has listed transsexual and transgender people among those who will no longer qualify for driving licences.....The government says it is tightening medical controls for drivers because Russia has too many road accidents'

They have also declared that 'Fetishism, exhibitionism and voyeurism are also included as "mental disorders"' If that was applied in this country it would mean that half of scooby owners would be off the road for starters
