Only a matter of time before some gold digger staked a claim against a royal. I'm surprised it's taken so long really.

Wouldn't surprise me if it was true. He was known as Randy Andy and liked to put it about.

I don't agree with accusers being allowed to remain anonymous. I think either all names should be disclosed or none until case is tried. Seen first hand what this has done to a friend accused of rape by a Policeman's Daughter. Her name was only released when phone records proved she fabricated the whole thing and was subsequently sent down for 2.5years. His name was known shortly after arrest. Her name only came out after she was sucessfully tried for perverting the course of justice. Jane Doe 3 doesn't sell newspapers. In the meantime someone who could be perfectly innocent has their name dragged through the mud. It's a shame the significance is put on the former over the latter.

Is this Prince Andrew Princess Vitabix's and Princess Aubergine's dad? I think he is.

Coughs her parents coughs.

On a sidenote and being a little tongue-in-cheek.....William's hair. His face doesn't fit Male Pattern Baldness and, given he's potentially going to be the profile of the 1st Class Stamp/Bank Notes one day.....I genuinely wouldn't have any beef with the Royal Poster Boy shelling out some dosh on a Shane Warne style barnet replacement. Normally I don't get/do the whole cosmetic surgery thing but I do think he needs Hollywooding......just a smidge! He just looks more like Edward these days. Not cool. Ace Ventura quiff or something should sort him!

Trial by media. The day I see a British Royal convicted for anything in this day and age is the day I start believing Tottenham Hotspur will one day genuinely win the Premier League because if that could happen ANYTHING is possible. Yes I know I'm setting my sights low a bit with Spurs but I have to start somewhere.

I suppose saying "Push back" would be a little awkward, given the circumstances.

The House of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha cannot be trusted with anything they do or say - Andrew guilty? We'll never know , all scandals are well managed by this lot.

In America, you can accuse all you want with no come back. Didn't the same thing happen to David Beckham? Some bird accuse him of ******** her, but none of the dates matched to where she said he was, and where he actually was?

He tried to sue her, but American law states you can falsely accuse without them being able to sue if you were talking a load of ****!

Surely they have laws against slander, which this may well turn out to be.

I think both slander and libel come under Defamation in the States. No doubt the Freedom of Speech will have implications on how defamation laws are applied.

He should refer her to the response given in Arkell Vs Pressdram.

This is a high profile case, and the name of the accuser has become public:

Was public in all of the papers on Sat so don't think it was being withheld anyway.

Media crap IMO. 'If' she came here and Andrew boned her, so what? She was 17 FFS.

The only way he'd be involved in 'a trial' is to give witness to her being acquainted with the bloke in Florida who was allegedly boning her, when she would be a minor at the time according to state law.

Who'd have thunk it, the media twisting things up.

What I want to know is this, what has this woman got that is so unique and special that some high roller lawyers and (supposedly) royalty can't keep their hands off her, and by their illicit association risk public vilification?
It's not as if Andrew would be begging for some easy lay to pay him attention is it? Whatever you think of him he's not a bad looking bloke and has quite a decent pedigree. So what makes anyone think he would nail this tramp, not once, but 'several' times?

Probably a similar reason to Hugh Grant

Some people obviously enjoy the "no strings" aspect to sex and are prepared to pay for it

Plenty of rich attractive men pay for sex

I can understand why he might nail her once under certain circumstances, but more than once? As I say what makes this woman so special that she seems to be the 'one' for some apparently serious players.
No disrespect to the female gender, but she is just a woman.
