Any self employed Sub-contract Draughtmen on here?
Company I work for is looking in a bad way. Ever since the founder retire back in 2008, and the new MD took over, and decided to instigate all he learned from reading management books..... the company has been losing money year on year.
Can't see it lasting much longer to be honest, so fancy going self employed.
Just looking to see what people are including in their sub-contract contracts, Bit of advise required, or even a draught blank contract would be appreciated.
pm me if you could help out please.
Cheers

I'm a 'contract CAD draffy' as we like to be called, but I go through agencies rather than direct to employer, far easier that way. Most big companies prefer to use agencies and have preferred agencies set-up on their accounts systems. I'm with T.M. Industries.
