Default Personal hygiene

I had noticed that I was beginning to stink after training.
When I was younger , as far as I know I never stunk.
Could be the medication I take ? I don't know.

So I have embarked on the following

Cotton Swabs doused in alcohol to the following body areas before showering:

Feet - especially in between toes.
**** crack , perineum , ***** and groin area - taking car to avoid anus and helmet.
Arm pits
Behind ears.
If you are a fat kunt , any fold in skin.

Clothes worn should be treated with a solution of white vinegar and baking soda in the following areas before washing :

Crutch area of underwear - especially **** crack zone.
Arm pits of T shirts / singlets

Use antiseptic hand wash, gentle on the skin in delicate areas. Keeps the smelly creating bacteria at bay. Used it for years since being a smelly little youth

The smell can be caused by bacteria, they tend to proliferate when you perspire. It can also be due to things you've eaten, such as pungent foods like garlic and spice.

Different can be caused by different bacteria, and the balance of them is influenced by a large variety of things so it could be down to one thing or many.

Sounds like you could do with a bit of a cleansing diet, Asparagus soup preferably home made and parsley tea 2/3 times a week for a month should see your kidneys and blood nicely cleaned.

Do you drink beer? as that can make you whiff a bit too along with Garlic and curries, I love them all so can be a smelly ****** especially if I drink some real ale for a few days in a row, also makes me sweat more than usual, but it's good for you and I mostly live alone so being whiffy is not a problem.

A cap full of dettol in a bowl of water and then give yourself a full body flannel wash, twice a week this will wipe out any form of bacteria and deal with athletes foot etc, or a bath with a 2/3 caps full, not the best smell in the world it's self so best done at home before you go to bed then shower again in the morning.

You won't stink after that lot pal.

I always take the fact that if I stink after training, it means that I did it right!

Have to say though, my t shirts always smell a little, even after they have been washed. I just use them a few times and then buy some more. Just cheap tops from Primarni.

Tut tut, I thought you were in the medical profession? [Edit: Actually I think it may be dingdongler - cant remember!] How about the skin biome? For non medics, this is the bacteria you have growing naturally on your skin. There is also a gut biome, which modern medicine is beginning to find evidence of being involved in all sorts of problems. The issue is when an unhealthy balance of bacteria forms, you get problems. In the case of skin, you are talking things like acne, wound healing and smell. Have a read of this http://www.nytimes.com/2014/05/25/ma...ment.html?_r=0

It's all to do with getting older - I find that my farts now even smell bad to me....

Nothing's the same after a few years, your girlfriends ***** get saggier, her **** gets a little bigger, your belly sticks out a little further - enough said.

Buy some deodorant

Yep ding is the dr, my mum was a nurse if that counts for anything. Actually it does a bit because I learned quite a lot from her over the years.

Very interesting read that, it goes along with my theory about my face, I found as a young lad with teenage spots after trying all manner of face washes to try and clear them and getting a bit of a bad reaction to some, using only water gave the best results, so since being a teenager I never wash my face with any kind of soap, consequently I have nice skin and never get spots, I also look a lot younger than I am Imagine selling that one to the public as a face cleanser, bottled water.

It also makes me laugh how some women that wear make up do so to try and hide blemishes or poor skin yet don't seem to realise that if they just stop caking it with crap everyday then it's condition would improve.

Might give the no soap thing a try on the rest of my body, could work quite well for me as my water here is un-treated, which by coincidence does make the rest of my body quite smooth with no dry skin, my hair in particular prefers the water out here too as opposed to the water in the uk which tends to make it dry and gives me an itchy scalp.

P.S I'm a mountain man most of the year and my water comes off the roof.

drink plenty of water and avoid consuming too much protein to help prevent bacteria production.

I've always bin a sweaty ****** ever since I was young!! I always remember at primary school getting into to a argument with a lad in the toilets after playing football one lunchtime, I was knackered and dripping with sweat but he said that I'd splashed myself with water and wet my hair and that it wasn't sweat! He soon realised that I had a tendency for fighting and punching people at that age! Thankfully I grew out of that!

I still sweat very easily and have to make sure I shower regularly and pick certain types of deodorants that help. As said in previous posts my gym t-shirts can still smell after washing so have to buy new one's regularly which is a pain! A little tip is to put them in the wash as soon as u get home from the gym and don't let them fester in the laundry basket for a day or 2!!

Tim.
