Any shower experts?
We moved to a new house recently, which has a Triton mixer shower, but there is almost zero flow from the shower.
The water is just a trickle, and its no where near enough to have a shower in.
Is there anything I can do to fix apart from having it ripped out and a new shower put in?
Thanks

All other taps work fine, including the bathroom sink, just the shower we're having a problem with, the flow is it takes ages just to wash shampoo out of your hair.

Cool, sounds like you just need a shower pump spliced in then. I had a similar problem with p1ss poor flow because the height difference between the cold water header tank and the shower head wasn't very much. I went overboard and ended up putting in a 4.5 bar Stuart Turner Monsoon (which will serve 2 showers) and upgrading all the pipework to 22mm and only tapering down 15mm at the back of the mixer. The difference is epic.
You can, of course, get cheaper pumps to go into your existing pipework.

Try giving the head a real gd clean, failing that you might need a pump. Check to see if there is any isolation valves to the shower as well maybe they are not opened fully.

First thing is to remove the shower head, point the pipe into the tray and turn it on, see if the flow is acceptable then.
If not, it might need a pump, but if you have a hot and cold tank, both need to be pumped and the hot tank will probably need an Essex or Surrey flange to avoid cavitation.
