Gogglebox - WTF?
I have never seen this programme before thank goodness as it is without question the lowest stupidest most braindead piece of television I have ever encountered.
A programme filming a bunch of feckless morons' reactions to watching other moronic TV programmes for the stupid like X Factor and and a voiceover so bloody childish and patronising most 3 year olds would find it annoying.
Is this what the medium of television has sunk to..... FFS!!!!!

Tbh, after dealing with the general public during the day, it's inoffensive background fodder. The other half watches it along with a whole host of other pap! I have to wait for her to pass out so I can get my BBC4 fix

I'll go against the grain here..... i really like it
The idea seems odd, but what makes it work (for me) is the people appearing on it.
They are real characters, very likeable (most of them), and although most of the time it's funny it can also be quite touching (like when the old couple were talking about death last series)
(And the Greek daughter is lovely)

Yeah, I don't mind it actually for the characters.

Incidentally I've just had a look through my posts and threads and you are wrong.
I see tv as for the most part a bit of fun, some silly stuff here and there to pass the time until f1 comes on that is or something educational like topgear.

You thought people might like to read your opinion about opinions about shows, and that you think it's stupid to watch people with opinions.
My opinion about your opinion about a show that has opinions about other shows is that in future you should could your opinion to yourself.
That's my opinion anyway.

Digging The Driver. Best thing on the box right now Plus, Our Girl.
Thing about Gogglecocks is, like all FOTW 'reality' TV, the participants can't be properly 'natural'. No one can, when they know they're being filmed - no matter how hard you try. So virtually all comment is 'embellished'... Playing to the gallery, if you will.
In any case, why on earth would you want to watch a bunch of saps commenting on THEIR own, ahem, 'critiques' of telly shows! Just how disinterested in your OWN life can you be?!
lol

So let me get this straight. You've come on the Internet to voice your opinion about a show where people voice their opinions about shows.
You thought people might like to read your opinion about opinions about shows, and that you think it's stupid to watch people with opinions.
My opinion about your opinion about a show that has opinions about other shows is that in future you should could your opinion to yourself.

F1 Fan When you get to Oz mate , I guarantee you will be seeking everything British TV has to offer , as Aussie TV is the pits . Fortunately you will be able to access BBC iplayer and ITV player via a VPN
