Solar/12v Garden Lighting
Anyone recommend a good set?
There are loads on the likes of amazon but reviews always vary from the "greatest buy ever" to "utter sh#t" on the same light set.
I like the idea of solar as no faffing with a supply.
Thanks

I bought some cheap (2 for a £10) mini bollard things from Tesco 3 years ago. Leave them out in all weathers and they're still going strong and after a decent sunny day will be lit up for hours.
However, previously I've bought some cheap ones from Wilcos that even with a full days strong sunshine will only light up for 3 hours max and be dead if you leave them out in winter.
However, I would say solar lights are for 'feature' lighting rather than task lighting (lighting a path etc).

Sounds like you're only expecting them to last 1 week!
