At last
Apple and Samsung have agreed to end all litigation outside the USA. It's only a matter of time till matters in the states will be done, probably with no settlements, just a cessation of legal action.
We can go about buying whatever mobile devices we want, with a merging of functions, features to enhance the whole mobile experience

That's because Apple need Samsung to fabricate A8 processor used in the up and coming iPhone 6. Samsung hiked the price on Apple by 20% to fabricate the A6 processor used in the iPhone 5, presumably to pay for the litigation from Apple and could do so again for the A6 processor if there were further court cases.
