Default Last tank of V Power Nitro!

Yep, just bought my last tank of V power.
Scooby has succumbed to 8 years of ownership and is now headed of to the breakers in the sky.
I will miss the handling of the Spec D as it was set up pretty nice, but after 130K and a lot of fun it is time to move on.,
Thanks to Powerstation for supplying the type 25 suspension - that was the best mod for sure.
Also JGM for mapping over the years.
API David for rebuilding the lump with the SC38.
Godspeed for various brake parts and Camskill over the years and finally to....
Matty who is gonna pick the car up on Friday and who paid me a fair price for her.
Next car is a VXR8, so see how I like a bit of Aussie muscle for a change.
This is a great site for Subaru owners and a good source of technical information, so cheers for various people who have contributed in this regard.
Adios and "thanks for all the fish" as they say.
Craig

Your car runs on Fairy Dust, doesn't it, Phil. I've seen the sticker in the back window

On a separate note, I've put your name forward for a decorating job in Carlton. If a woman called Pauline rings you, it was me who suggested you.

I had a Spec D, was not my best Subaru but still a good car.

Shame to hear another is being broken, they are starting to become quite rare...

What are you moving onto next Craig?

Good Luck Craig, Many thanks from all at API for your custom and support over the years. End of an Era.

Enjoy the VXR 8. Don't believe anything of that Aussie Racer Peter Brock, who sellotapes two magnetic ***** to his dash, as he says it makes his Holden go better...........

Probably better to try fairy dust - just don't tell us......

Well the Scooby is gone.
Matty B was last seen driving it off - top bloke, paid me a fair price.
Got the VXR8 now.
How does it feel compared to the 370 bhp STI ? - in a word - underwhelming, but I'll get the hang of it.
So see you all later - unless I get another Subaru of course.
