needs a bit of a clean, there is a small and I mean small amount of DRY rot in the front corner which could be easily sorted, but to be fair as its not damp id be inclined to just leave it as it wont get any worst.

good to tow and everything except the fire works, that will probably work with a service, ile include an electric fire anyway.
