If anyone would like to buy this phone, it will up for sale from Big Fud shortly.
Unfortunately, when the phone arrived, the 'tiny' crack was considerably more,
1. a three way split, almost sectioning the glass into three sections
2. A dent on the side of the phone
3. More scuffing and scracthing round the edges and the bottom
4. Box and manual provided where not for this phone (different model)
Some may say, great phone for the price, and I agree, however I based my purchase on and to use Big Fuds own words from above,
'Brand new earphones and plug in the box trust me its 100% bang on apart from the tiny crack '
So this combined with the photos provided was what I based my purchase on, but unfortunately I would not say they tallied at all. The phone was a surprise for my mum, so I am a bit gutted I let her down on this.
In a PM Big Fud even said, and I quote again 'I never said it was mint', but I personally would think '100% bang on apart from the tiny crack' means quite close to A1 but with an tiny flaw?
Truth was I wasnt expecting it to be mint, but this is outside the description, as I am sure you can all see from the photos.
Big Fud was happy to take it back and refund, quoting he hadn't checked it over properly, which was great and I appreciated the good nature, however wouldn't refund outgoing or postage costs, which I feel was due as the phone was missold, even the outgoing charges at the very least. So PayPal dispute has been unfortunately made to at least cover the outgoing mail charge.
So now the phone has been described more accurately, if anyone wants to purchase it based on the new description, who was previously interested, I am happy to send it to them directly upon purchase , the cost would be £138 for bank transfer. That will cancel the paypal dispute and you get the phone for what I paid for it, including postage to you by Special Delivery Next Day, so you will essentially do both me and Big Fud a favour.
As I explained to Big Fud, No point for any arguing or hassle, but I am not going to cover £16 of postal charges for something that was not my fault. Thats fair to me, and how I would be if I sold something like the above based on that description.
PM me if interested.
