**Derby Pub Meet - 28th April**

Thought it might be any idea to start a new thread on this one as some peeps might not have realised the other one had turned into a sort of meet thread 
There seem to be an nice few of us who've given the thumbs up to Sunday afternoon 28th April at the Rose & Crown in Smalley, (Does 4pm onwards sound alright?)
So, any other scooby peeps in the Derby area fancy joining us for a drink and a chat???
(No driving involved on this occasion - except to get there of course!!)

Nice one Lizzy. Was about to start a new thread on it myself but you beat me to it!!
4pm onwards sounds perfect - give us all time to recover from whatever we get up to on Saturday night and, of course, have some sunday scoff.
On a lighter note....
Took me ages to clean my car today - I ran a bird over (or rather, it flew into me) the other night. I stopped because it seemed to have disappeared beneath the car. I found it stuck in the grill behind the number plate. What a mess!!!!

this a definite maybe as i will be commencing a freinds marathon stag weekend on friday night which will probably blurr into the early hours of sunday morning so:
1 May still be to pissed/ill/in custody, to attend
2 May have sobered up enough to attend a late afternoon meet and stick to pop.

i should be there all being well, playing around with a couple of mods at the moment, hopefully won't take me off the road

PKB, if hanging out with the Notts lot is being a traitor then Mikee and I are guilty too! - spent a friday or two with em ourselves (at least you were spared Phil's singing! 
) I'm sure they know they'll be welcome if they want to come over.
Anyway, it'll be nice to see you on Sunday, however breifly

Might be able to make the trip from 'over the border' in Nottingham as Sunday is currently 'sort of free' for me.

Sounds like we'll need a shoe-horn if Notts lot are comin!! The more the better. Get in, Trouser, I've got my car booked in at your place in a couple of weeks and it will be good to talk to you before hand.
Sunday could turn out to be a good meet. Hope the weather is as good as The Big One!!

you get on the A608 (nice road) out of derby, past oakwood,
breadsall & morley. when you get to some main traffic lights,
the rose & crown is on the lefthand side, opposite a motorbike
shop, the traffic lights have a sign post to the right for
american adventure (A609) you cant miss it.

Hopefully the carpark will have plenty of room when we get there Lunchers will have gone and its a bit early for the evening lot.
Well, its midday and the sun's shining at the moment with quite a bit of blue sky - but will it last????? and is it worth washing my car??????
