Thought it might be any idea to start a new thread on this one as some peeps might not have realised the other one had turned into a sort of meet thread

There seem to be an nice few of us who've given the thumbs up to Sunday afternoon 28th April at the Rose & Crown in Smalley, (Does 4pm onwards sound alright?)

So, any other scooby peeps in the Derby area fancy joining us for a drink and a chat??? (No driving involved on this occasion - except to get there of course!!)

Nice one Lizzy. Was about to start a new thread on it myself but you beat me to it!!
4pm onwards sounds perfect - give us all time to recover from whatever we get up to on Saturday night and, of course, have some sunday scoff.

On a lighter note....
Took me ages to clean my car today - I ran a bird over (or rather, it flew into me) the other night. I stopped because it seemed to have disappeared beneath the car. I found it stuck in the grill behind the number plate. What a mess!!!!

this a definite maybe as i will be commencing a freinds marathon stag weekend on friday night which will probably blurr into the early hours of sunday morning so:

1 May still be to pissed/ill/in custody, to attend
2 May have sobered up enough to attend a late afternoon meet and stick to pop.

Should be able to make it for at least a flying visit, but have to get a blown head gasket fixed, (not the Scoob).

you get on the A608 (nice road) out of derby, past oakwood,
breadsall & morley. when you get to some main traffic lights,
the rose & crown is on the lefthand side, opposite a motorbike
shop, the traffic lights have a sign post to the right for
american adventure (A609) you cant miss it.
