SCCE-SC JOINT RWYB EVENTS THIS YEAR
S-C a subaru club i attend and run bye a few lads i know and who come to scce meets are trying to organise the bellow...
Just an idea at the moment but what if we picked 3 or 4 RWYB dates at shakespeare and/or santa pod this year and held a competition with a trophy at the end. To make it competitive every car entered would be given a set of targets for quarter mile time, terminal speed etc and points awarded for how close the competitor got to the target times/speeds etc. This would mean that from standard cars to the most modded cars in the club would be on a level playing field with the result being based on the driver on the day. Now you might be thinking how are the times/speeds going to be set well not got that sorted finally yet but sites like www.letstorquebhp.com will be part of it. Of course if all members have rolling road results for their cars that would help. Like i said at the start this is just an idea at the moment so if anyone interested would add their names to the list if theres enough we can take it further ..
