Good news Darren!

I hope Lizzy's as lucky in about one hour's time - she's in court today for doing 105 in a 70....fingers crossed but not very hopeful

Thanks guys. A bit of anti-climax actually - case was adjourned for three weeks til march 1st. Think I might have to get a solicitor after all

Good news is I can still drive my scooby for another three weeks!

Strikes me with 65 in a 30 you should have been banned. Much more dangerous than 105 on a 70mph motorway

sorry bitten hero, no need to get on you're soap box

i was doing 65 yes in a 30

the facts are, i am not a tw*t actually, the 30 zone i was caught in was an open stretch of road, DUAL CARRIAGEWAY, no houses and no pedestrians,

so

no danger whatsoever, i have kids myself and again, i am not a tw*t

so

please know the whole facts b4 you use you're comments, thank u

Sure, I accept I don't know the road involved, but IMHO (very humble ) 30mph zones are there for a reason, like houses nearby, turnings, or coming up to a much more built up area. Contrary to popular belief they're not put there just to annoy us Scooby owners

But then I suppose I'm boring because I stick to 30mph, 40mph and 50mph speed limits

Glad you got away with it Darren,
I know what you mean about some of these 30 limits you can have the same type of road in two different places in town and they will have different limits go figure
Anyway you will need to be carful now
And anyone that can put there hand on ther heart and say they never break a speed limit is a liar.

A police officer?!?!?

That's made my day!!!

Strange as it may seem... I do indeed work for the Jordan F1 team - a small clue is the fact it says "Jordan F1" in the 'From' thing on the left Man some of you guys are paranoid!!

Note I only said 30-50mph limits... 60mph/motorway it's fair game

See the less paranoid of you peeps on Sunday

Richard

ps Police officer?! Ahem... Comalongame now sir.. you say you were doing 200mph in this 'F1 car' as you call it sir... You'd better have a good excuse down the station for not having any plates on it young fellamelad..
