We had such a good time last year at the Premier Rally. More of the same is in order I think? Stage times will be on the offical Rally website nearer the event.

Robin Hood Forest Stages

This are the destinations we are meeting at.

1) 10.00 McDs @ Newark
2) 10.50 Theives Wood, Ravenshead (Rally Stage)
3) 12.30 Wonderland, Farnsfield (Service)
4) 14.00 Ma Hubbards, Edwinstowe (Lunch subject to food being served)
5) 16.00 Sherwood Pines, Clipstone (Rally Stage)


The route shown will not be the route i will drive, Im planning a twistier route!

Also,according to the website,there is strict no spectator policy on the night rally(saturday)

if you guys arrange a meet point for the sunday,let me know asap and i will get the troops rallied

Had a look on the Robin Hood site and from what I can gather you can’t watch the night time stages that would be a shame.
But if that is right I will have to make sure I am up nice and early to watch all the ones on Sunday ,not far for me to come only live 2 miles down the road lol

Im not going to let any H&S board stop my fun. I will be in the forest in the dark getting my photo's. They can't stop you going in there. Does anyone know any good points to view from thats close to park too..

In previous years when they have restricted access, they close the car park at Sherwood Pines. Your best bet would be to park at the Dog & Duck pub in Kings Clipstone and walk. Your right they cant stop you getting in the woods at night, but you might get some hassle from the cops if they are on the main entrance. If you get some good pics, post them on here

Think it will be from Newark towards Mansfield via Southwell area. Then cut accross towards Theives Wood stage. I wont post the exact road, just incase there is a police roadblock set up waiting for us! PM me if you like LOL

This meet isnt going 100% to plan. But who cares? We are still meeting at McD's (Roman Way pub) at Newark at 10am Sunday morning.

Andy has told me I cant put you all to shame in the Fiesta , so hes kindly offered to pick me up on the way. That means a little diversion along the way to collect me...... oh and my Dad, but thats another story. The route will be interesting if people want it to be, or stick the the trunk roads. We will play it by ear on the day.

PS when you all come blasting down my street..... its a dead end with no turning area, so I suggest you turn around at the garages. Andy knows the way, follow him. Lol
