Woohoo, finally a decent pitcure of my Scooby! plus it looks clean in the photo - love silver cars
Great to meet everyone. Lets do it again soon, preferably somewhere with a lot more room to park. Plus maybe Ian will show us his impression of Mr McRae or in the least show us mere mortals what the anti-lag system can do
Editted to add... I hope that Sue's scratched skirt isn't too bad .
Aslo, my numberplate is visable on one of the pictures of Scoobynutters P1. Mind you, you can't read some it and if this is how it comes out on all cameras I'm laughing!

Looks to be a bit of interest in a Northants meet so i thought i'd post it in here (not wishing to hi jack the other thread)
How about Stoke Bruene - this might entice some MK owners over?
I am up for it!

Followed the thread to here :-)
I think the current favourite date is Sunday 4th November in the afternoon.
2 pubs seem to be favourite, the Navigation at Stoke Bruerne and the Greyhound at Milton Malsor.

If it was anything to do with Northampton, we were probably sounding off about the speed cameras

Sue - I work at Jordan so I'm just minutes from you! Haven't seen you yet though otherwise I would wave. DocJock, think I might have seen you passing through/round Buckingham a couple of times?
I'm up for a meet some time - weekday evenings better as my weekends tend to get very busy very quickly.
Why don't some of you guys come across to the Cambridge meet on Sun 28th October? I used to live there until a couple of months back, and still keep in contact with the Scooby owners over there. We're doing a drive-around too (at sensible speeds etc), so there's guaranteed 40-80 miles (depending whether you do half the course, which will leave you 12 miles south of Cambridge near the A10/A603) or the full ring. We meet on the North side of Cambridge, just 5 mins from the A14, so it'd be dead easy for you Northamptoners to get there.
Have a wee squizz at this thread: http://www.scoobynet.co.uk/bbs/threa...ThreadID=47344
I can't do 4th November as that clashes with the SIDC Scatter Rally. Sorry! Otherwise definitely would have been there.
Cheers

Not trying to hijack this thread but there's a meet on the 28th in Rugby (just off the M1) - it's not far from you lot if any of you fancy it. There's been 2 meets so far and both had 20+ cars
See http://www.scoobynet.co.uk/bbs/thread.asp?threadid=47685 for details.
