B***** Bikers up to their usual tricks again, they have ruined the A6!

The Cat & Fiddle is attrocious in the wet, I did it the other week with the southerners & again on Saturday, it makes you think there is something wrong with your car.

Anyway, there ain't many places on the Cat where you can speed.

As for the Tour o'Derbyshire you will note that the Cat & Fiddle is, in fact, in Staffordshire!

Run that by me again...

"with hazards like gravel, mud and diesel on the road and stone walls separating bikers from steep drops".

So what do they do to improve safety?

Do they improve the surface drainage so that stones don't wash onto the road during flooding? - NO!

Do they have a word with farmers who drive straight out of fields and cover the road in fresh ****e from their tractor tyres? - NO!

Do they clamp down on truck drivers who spill diesel on the road (an absolute offence in itself)? - NO!

Do they engage in proactive road engineering to improve the crash resistance of stone walls? - NO!

No, of course not - they REDUCE THE FECKING SPEED LIMIT!!!!!!

And another thing - statements like "during the summer of 1998 there were no fatal accidents" are totally bogus. Just like saying, on the afternoon of Friday the 17th August 2001, between 18:00 and 18:05 hrs, nobody crashed their car, so lets increase speed limits to 500 mph!!!

Political propaganda crap from people whom WE pay the wages of!!!
