Midlands Mega Meet 2
#1
Myself and Kev are in the throws of organising the 2nd Midlands meet.
Those of you who attended last years meet (approx 35 Scoobies)back in June will remember the excellent roads we have around here!
We are planning the route as we speak, drawing up reccy notes to take in most of the roads we used last time, and a few more.
Of course, we shall finish up at a reputable watering hole for refreshments afterwards.
The date is set for Sunday 25th Febuary.
Meeting at Granada Tamworth services Junction 10 M42 10.00am.
All those who wish to attend, please reply, so that we know how many reccy sheets to print!
Cheers
Paul and Kev.

Hi all ..
I'll try and get a web site up over the next few days with a map showing the services and a few other details, so watch this space.
Boomer - fancy being the official photographer .... again ?? or do ya fancy doing the route ??
oh and before any of you ask, yes it will include the infamous hump back bridge

Oh S***!
Sorry guys, I'll be in Sauze D'Oulx eating snow on the 25th! Bu**er!
That means I will have to do another East Mids mini meet to get some more miles in the Scoob! (it's hardly moved this year wot wiv me bein darn in 'Larnden' in a crap Focus)
Good news is guys, got us a venue for inclusion in the next North Wales trip My mate runs a pub which is quite handy for Cloceanog (boomer: it's just over the hill from the Druid)
I will get on one of your trips one day!

Kev,
IE5 worked for me OK at work n'all. At home i use IE4, and even block ActiveX, but it still causes major blow-ups. It even managed to blow my ScoobyNet cookie away, so bye-bye auto password.
