I have heard that there is a little known tuning company called Prodrive. Apparently they make bolt-on goddies for Scoobies and tuning BiTTC's for Mondeos (little play on words there!)
Has it been tried before, am i wasting my time?
Would anybody be interested if i am successful?

Good thinking that man!
I am sure I read in True Grip that some of our lads have already been round. I think also that in mentioned that they were either too busy at present to be doing any more, or there was a long waiting list.
No harm in trying mate. I am in if you get the big thumbs up.

Me too if you can blag it
The True Grip article said they would not be doing any more for SIDC this year
(No doubt they are too busy showing schoolkids, IMechE and WI groups around)

I am Paul Habgood and for my sins I own an Impreza Turbo and I moderate the Midlands events section on Scoobynet.
I have been led to believe that Prodrive do let punters in for a 'show around' from time to time.
I would dearly like to have a look around as would some other 'enthusiasts' who frequent Scoobynet.
Would it be possible to do this at some time, could you let me know how many people to a group and any other criteria.
We might raffle the places for charity or ask people to make a donation as I am sure the demand will be high
I would be more than happy to get some publicity shots done and put into True Grip & Subaru's monthly mag (the one they leave in the dealer service reception, cannot remember the name) and let you have copies as required should you want them.
I am sure that you must get many requests of this nature and I would be grateful if you would consider this one. I put a post on Scoobynet asking if anyone would be interested and had many, many replies.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

As you rightly said, we do receive many requests for tours and we have in the past year accommodated three tours for members of the SIDC and IWOC.
As we only hold a maximum of 12 tours per year and in order that we are able to satisfy as many requests from different associations and clubs as possible, we try to limit each organisation to just one tour. It is therefore that I regret I am unable to offer you a date in 2001.
