Cov area XMAS bash?
are we having one?
was just a thought as most of the other areas have them but i not seen anything for the cov lot?
How about a meal in a nice pub somewhere? rather than standing outside in the cold/rain?
Just an idea but would be a nice get together
any more ideas?

ideas
I was thinking today and a pub just down the road from meriden there is a pub called the horse and jockey in coleshill it has a good size car park and you can eat your dinner and still keep an eye on your car, me and my wife go all the time good size steak and good fish , we would have to book it early because it gets busy as soon as we know dates i will call them if you wish to book .
Just an idea of a good well known pub grub .......

what did you buy?
I bought a MY00 back in July and it still puts a smile to my face even I only drive 6 miles to work.
Mines the one parked next to the yellow scooby from the weekend.
Hope to see you at the next one

Open to offers Si i know quite a few f the cov lot have kids ... me included as you all found out when you made him cry on sunday so was thinking maybe a sunday lunch type meet where we all meet up and chat over some pub grub that whay people dont have to worry about getting baby sitters?
Or them we could do a saturday night on the town but then people have to worry about travelling etc? so its really up to everyone! hence me asking who wanted to do what?
The midland scoobies club are doing bowling and a meal but everyone is leaving the kids with sitters as it is on a saturday night!
Any suggestions?

Don't know on that either Am completely useless I know
theres the pub in meridan that we went to on sunday just gone which would probably be a bit too small for all of us ... anyone know any large pubs which do good meals?
what about the one you suggested Mark is that any good? Ideally needs a large carpark and has to be kid friendly.

car park
The pub in coleshill horse and jockey is quite a good size car park holds around 40 cars i would say but i would have to make sure first about the kids im sure i have seen kids there b 4 ...
Another pub but its going out the cov area really but it would be perfect for a meet is the parson and clark chester road sutton ,huge car park security cameras , exlnt food cheap carvery, and kids are most welcome, but like i said out the way a bit ???????
