Derby/Notts/East Midlands Xmas Meet Sunday 12th December
Well its been a while since I arranged anything due to circumstances.
But who would be interested in a Xmas meet ? Not sure of dates as yet other than in December. I think usually it is the Sunday before Xmas and New year but it has fallen odd this year, so was thinking that Sunday 12th would be good.
Was thinking of the The Priory (The Toby Carvery at Wollaton Nottingham - Even though it pains me that it is the home of Forest ! Dazza) . That should be easy enough for everyone to get to.Would like an idea of numbers so that we can book a group of tables, so start sticking your names down folks
Maybe get there for 11:30 and sit down for nosh around 12 before the rush kicks in. Think its about £8 a head.

If you are talking about the Xmas meet I did last year then yes,... i did it on the Sunday between Xmas and New Year. As both are on a Sunday this year before sounds good
The Pub I assume, is the same one The Priory Toby Carvery on Derby Rd / Wollaton Vale Island.
I don't have the phone number handy but if you give them a ring and tell the it's for the Subaru crew they should remember us from the last 2 years and if we can get enough people they should give us our own corner again

You are right with the Pub. I just couldn't remember the name.
I will give them a ring in the next few weeks once the list has grown a bit

Dunno mate, i sent it quite early and then ended up meeting at the start was hoping you were up so i could get directions to the meeting place as my comp was bust and i had no map.
i was amazed that i got there ok, even if i was given wrong directions by someone else going (i'll not mention any names but you know who you are!!lmao), perhaps my memory isn't that bad lol.
Might have been already out what time did you ring?
also my phone is been having problems not getting texts getting balnks text etc so it due to go back for repair when i get round to it, might be due to that.
