after queueing up last year, ive decided that i wont be leaving nottingham until around 9am to arrive around 10 am. I have had a chat with marv and he agrees

so, all those interested in having a blast down together and avoiding massive queues sign in here

Aim to meet at 0900 hrs at the eaton farm pub in long eaton, and look to leave no later than 0915

unless any better ideas ?

errr.....about 8 o'clock ithink. admitably the queues weren't as bad as 2002 though, i was queuing from Mc'ds then and that was 0730 ish.

when i went to ford fair a month ago i arrived at 10 and although there was still a queue i more or less joined it and it went straight in. and ford fair was probably a 3rd of what trax will be.

TRAX is a massive car show hosted at silverstone, probably the biggest of the year. there will be 100's of club stands, loads of aftermarket supplier stands, loads of scantily clad women , 0-60 sprint test and track sessions all day on the full GP circuit.

It costs £19 on entrance, well worth it.

Meeting times:

0855 to leave for 0905 at Eaton Farm (Long Eaton)

0915 to leave for 0925 at Donnington Park services

arrive silvertone approx 1030 (touch wood we should drive straight in).

(Track brief for those involved at 1240)

everyone happy with them timings ?

1. CHRIS_D - Eaton farm
2. .....

Might join in on this 1.

So to re-cap Entrance fee is paid on arrival?

Might risk it, my cel light is due to come on in 200 miles so should just make it there and back hehehe

you can pay on arrival mate, its 19 quid each and there are booths as you go in.

why would your CEL light come on in 200 miles ?
