Guys, I know this sounds lame, BUT...

Where the hell can I get some 1.5 mm sheet aluminium from - I need a piece 460mmx100mm

(Intercooler splitter)

While you're on - did you ever wrap your downpipe ?

Also, If I can whistle a few of these intercooler splitters out, I reckon I've seen at least 10 folks on here that want one !

Just done the intercooler tilt mod - seems better already

In reality, its supposed to drop the temperature by 7c - I can see why - the intercooler is at a better airflow angle AND it fits right up against the rubber skirt on the airscoop.

Simple, effective and 3 quid !
