Question

Hiya guys,

Just a quick question, where do you lot get your cars serviced??
I've had enough of cd bramalls and i've heard that listers may be a bit iffy as well.

I haven't got any warantee to worry about so i don't mind not using a main dealer, but i want value for money so i was hoping some of you could point me in the direction of a garage you trust and will do a good job.

Cheers for your help
Jam

Thumbs up

Hi Jam,

Can't really help, as I'm based in Herefordshire, but I am in the same position (car out of warrantee etc). The Worcester crew will be a wealth of info

I've taken it to a garage that my entire family have used for the last 15 years.

He did a BETTER service than Listers, and also replaced the parts that Listers were meant to change at the last service

I would recommend you either find a trusted garage, or maybe get in touch with PowerStation (in Cheltenham). I don't know whether they do servicing, but they might know somebody who does

Best of luck with it

Dan

I have mine done at Showells in Lye. I've not had any major hassles with them, and they are cheaper than Listers. They cover my (extended) warranty fine even though i have changed the exhaust/center.

If Powerstation do services then that would be a good choice, as they are a good bunch of guys.

Andy

I take mine to Crossroads at Tredington, Shipston-on-Stour.
They are a fine bunch.
It's a bit of a hike, but worth it. Anyway, the twisties can be quite good out that way!
Out there again in a couple of weeks!
I'll refrain from commenting on Listers.

I ve lost my warrenty thanks to ecu tec etc etc, wouldn't trust Hylton they can stick to their puntos ( replaced Listers as the main dealer)

I think next time I will use powerstation in Cheltenham - the do all of Litchfield imports cars and you know the trainee won't be let loes in the car park, they told me they use all Subaru parts and they re a good bunch of lads to boot. Take alook at the new t25 if you worrie about their knowledge of scoobies
