I've got my next service coming up in October and I need to find a garage that's not going to give me the grief that Fenny Compton garage gave me over a warranty claim.
Anyone know what Carstin's are like in general or maybe the garage in Leicester?
One thing is for sure, I'm not going back to Fenny Compton.

Arrrrh now I started off at Crossroads, I bought my first car there. I found their servicing costs way too high compared to the other Subaru dealers. I remember Ben though, nice chap.

I have always used Carstins(6yrs) and never had a problem with them and they have always been a good bunch of guys, they have just done a big end oil leak under warrenty for me,the car (an RB5) has done around 56k and the clutch was worn down so i had it done at the same time all the labour cost was done under the warrenty claim and part of the clutch was put down to the warrenty. So as far as i'am concerned they are good guys.
