ok, just a suggestion...how about a Kiddy mini meet to welcome Pb to the Worcs lot?

I`m only 20 mins away and fancy a midweek drive to a drinking establishment of your choice...

Any1 fancy it this week?

I'm responding to your email about this as I don't agree with your choice of venue to park scoobs at

We try to have a group meet every month or so, but some of us tend to get together for other events, such as going to trackdays etc.

Most of the time we just meet at a pub for a drink and some food etc, to be sociable and catch up on the goss.

I've only had my car since Jan, and I've found the Worcs lot to be extremely friendly and a great group of people! They've made me feel most welcome!

The only downside I can find is that my car was standard before I went to my first meet. It was meant to be staying that way till insurance renewal time too. Unfortunately I was made to see all the good mods that can be made to make the car look and sound better. I've now already spent a few hundred on mods, which would have been a lot more if it wasn't for the fact in the mean-time i've paid for a 60k service and extended warranty!!

Well, pubs near us:

Land Oak: 1 minute from me, Birmingham Rd, seems ok
Mitre Oak: Worcester Rd, i'm told its a bit snobby + £2.20odd a pint
The Fox@Chaddesley: nice pub, good parking, perhaps a bit small.
Honey Bee Inn: Nr Doverdale, Worcester Rd, Nice pub with good parking.

If anyone knows of any other decent ones let me know...

I don't mind where really, as long as parking is ok i.e. not the watermill as will8934573947934 suggested!

I would'nt mind an evening spin to a pub.
Are there any in the clent hills area, or would that be a bit far?
And welcome to the world of scoobys and petrol stations

you thought the mitre oak was expensive.... Also despite being out of the way a friend of mine had is BMW broken into and keyed there in broad daylight....

you could also try the following -

Mare and colt
Old Leaking Well

but hey why not just go to Worcester!!

you could also try (in Kidderminsterish)

the dog at harvington (nice but again not cheap)
