We had some really successful mid-week meets in the Derby area last summer....and now that the evenings are getting longer, is it about time we started them up again?
I think last year the meets ranged from half a dozen cars to over twenty (not bad for a school night!), and involved gentle chatting over the odd drink.
In order to keep with tradition, I reckon the first meet should be at the Master Locksmith, on say, Thursday 15th May, starting at 7:30pm?
Who's up for it?

Dave,
Well interested in this being the Derby/Notts mini meet organsor.
Should be better venues tham MLS. Why not somewhere like Stenson Bubble, at least there is a view on a fine evening and not just a view of indutrial shopping units ?
Suggestion only though
Steve

I'm open to suggestions on where to meet, and when to meet, just wanted to get the ball rolling.
The Locksmith is easily accessable for most people, at least for the first meet!

I feel a quick update is required
The time & date is 7:30pm onwards, next Thursday 15th May, and the venue is The Master Locksmith.
List of possible attendees so far is.....
Me & Rachael
Steve777
Gridlock Mikey
flat4, even if not at Stenson?
Flat4-Chris
555-Shaggy, with new toy
Little Miss WRX, sends apologies again
scooby-si, if he's not drinking beer
Lozza
specialx and co
Anyone who came to the meets last year will know that there is no format as such (we like to keep things simple!), just turn up, grab a drink, have a chat, and dissappear when the sun goes down!
Anyone else fancy coming along??

In keeping with tradition, I'll probably go for the 'natural' look.....
Need to spend my time next week adding a few toys to the car rather than wash it!
