I've just been sorting out my diary for this seasons meets & runs and I reckon we need a single thread for noting dates with links to the individual threads.

So I will start the ball rolling with the ones I know about and I will try to get the mods to make it sticky so we don't have to keep searching for it.

Note: In order to keep all the links working you will have to do the following:

1)edit the previous post & copy the entire list below (but not submit changes)

2)Use the back button on your browser to get back to the thread

3)Press Reply and then paste the list and alter or add things in date order please, (in that way you can just chop off the top of the list off when events have passed)

4)If you dont know how to format links, bold etc. you should be able to see how I've done it

Great idea this. I'm planning more Derby/Notts mini meets, so will let you know. Thinking of monthly during the main summer months then bi-monthly in the winter months

Just watch out when they fall in the summer as there is usually lots of other stuff going on ;-)

The 'pub meets' seem to work best in Spring & autumn, nobody turns up in winter & everyone is on Holiday in the summer

Steve, I RTM'ed it when I first did it but I think only Simon or Shaun can make it sticky on here

At least if all the main 'organisers' can update it then it should stay fairly near the top by default

Chris & Chelle cant do it in here so hows about Naff or Lynne?
