Sorry to hear it M. The little sh*ts.
Was it your house they tried to break into to get the keys
or the car itself?

And i dont mean to worry you, but they may have another crack
at it.
I have a decent alarm,tracker and disklok.
Makes you wonder if its worth fitting a wheel-clamp while
its parked outside your house at night.
Good luck M8
Greg.

Mr. M,

Solihull too - similar problem week before last. 3 a*seholes on the drive.....

Since getting my first scooby 4 years ago, I've had 4 foot gates put on the drive, security lights linked to warning chimes in the house and CCTV - used to have problems every week with light fingered ******* trying it on! Even had one group shoot the security lights with an air rifle before trying their luck.

God help the ones my brother and I finally corner in the garden.

All,

Thanks for the advice. Have invested in an Alarm system for the house (still waiting for Homebase to send it!!). Hopefully will be fitting chime enabled PIR lighting this weekend.

If they do decide to come back then heaven help them 'cos i've got no mercy for people like that.

Hi all,

Same thing happened to me a couple of weeks back nera Solihull. Car on drive with 2 pieces of thieving sh*te trying to steal it. Got away in a turquoise nova. Keep ur eyes open for em!!

Next time they aint gonna be so lucky. Hate people like this, f*ckin dirty, scummy w**kers. Very pissed off (rant over).

same story im afraid! Start dreuling rage <5:30 am two toe rags forced every UPVC window on my house, didnt get in so tried to force the garage... i heard them, got my bro and chased them down the road while the old dear phoned the police. Chased them on foot for around half a mile and lost them.
Then spent half an hour looking for them and went home to survey the damage, luckily they didnt touch my baby.
Police///? arrived at 7:15 and i QOUTE: "sorry had no units to send!"
for an hour and a half? Not impressed!

For those of you who live in solihull youll understand what i mean when i say - what exactly do they do with all their time cos its not fighting crime!> drueling rage ends

deep breath, floppy

anyway ~ solihull meet anyone?

Sound like insurance premiums in Solihull are about to rocket!

As for Irvine/Wolf - they should be saying "maybe burglars/thieves should not be hung on the first offence - a year in the stocks will be quite sufficient"
