Tony,
with PPP you wouldn't be asking the question without sell it and buy a Skoda

Havin had both at the same time, I would say keep the STI 7.

Seems like a different car now after 9k, than when it was new. Once it's on boost feels as quick as the P1 did. Just a shame the PPP is needed to make it a bit more driveable at low revs.

Spark,
I think I convinced you (especially after your very quick PPP'd RB5) that the bog standard STi7 will go and handle remember Banbury to Worcester perhaps should take Tony out for a run

Thanks all - but you have got to admit that the P1 is a bit of a looker though. Did the test drive yesterday and thought the spring on the STi7 were harder. Oh what have I gotten myself into - last week it was a Porsche Carrera 4 with GT3 Aero kit and 18's in silver for 40K (my99).

Tony,
Don't waste your money put PPP and PHP on your STi7 or get a S202

The 22B is the definetive classic scoob
but the new kid on the Block is the S202 (with bugeyes ) time to move on or we will still be wearing Tank Tops or White 'n' Tarten bay City Roller gear

In fairness bugeye wasn't the best inhancement made if they'd made the WRX lighter and fitted Front & Rear Torque diffs thus improving Power to Weight and handling a lot more Classic shape owners would have moved on from MY96/8's to MY01's and not to MY00's.

After all did buy Subaru's for Looks/Paintwork/Interior/fuel economy or price LOL NO because of Handling and Power. IMHO

spot on Tony, my only problem is the s0202 is only avalable in YELLOW:O but I would like to have a go.

I have just got used to the bugs, but now there is to be a new car next spring that has the head lamps from a new intergra, doh doh and double doh. they really have no idea, I think that tony should show em how to eat a cow and then they will be men and design cars full of testosterone

Speaking of which, I have just found a RB5 with only 16.5 k for 14k another classic bargin

Weekdays are great, especially midweek. I'll make the reservations - anyone else interested? We'll make it a private party. SIDC discounts allowed.
