I had hoped to come but ended up canoeing in the morning
Then I was asked to test an R8 against mine
Needless to say I had a great day

Other than Jackie wanting picking up from Hyde Park at 03:45am after the moon walk

It was a good morning down there. Saw and heard some awesome motors especially the yellow dodge pickup that was back firing like a trooper and also the LMM dodge challenger

Had a sit in the new GTR as well as the R34 and 370Z all very nice but the new GTR wins it for me.

My son liked the GTR as well

It was cool. Someone said they may be doing a limited run of the jukes which would be cool. Dont know about you but I nearly chocked on the fumes in the car park.
Some poor guy cooked his car lol. Got a bit carried away me thinks.

Yeah the fumes did get a bit over powering in the end. Do you mean the purple yank tank or the black monaro? The yank tank dumped all its coolant on the floor but before that was sounding nice but blooming loud!!!

A run of juke r's would be great but bet they would cost a bomb. I was surprised at how far back the engine was. It must be resting on your knees when driving it.

Yeah the yank mobile I think it was an old Camaro? Did the monaro pop something as well?

That Juke would be a hoot and a half to drive....

I think the monaro just overheated as it had steam pouring out the engines at after it's db test but I saw it drive off up the road at the end.

The juke r is indeed being built. Costs start with 100k for the two donor cars and then 4 months of bespoke build time apparently. Not cheap then....

I've been told by the Nissan bods that they have 2 made already as development cars at a cost of £250k each!! They'd have to do it cheaper than that to retail em. Did make me want to wrap the Scoob matt black though

I work for Renault there and was looking forward to this coming around again, we were there and saw a few of your motors but we were in a hire care (left on the road) thanks to someone rearranging the back of my scoob earlier this week.
