I was wondering what people opinions on Defi's are as i found a couple of gauges that i bought a couple of years ago when i had my classic.

They are the 60mm black face ones that light up white. I am not sure whether to put them in my car. For those of you who don't know my car it is a 2006 WR Blue Hawk STI. As it has the amber clocks I thought the white gauges may look out of place. They would be going in a gauge pod in place of the clock on the dash board.

My options are:

I can sell them and buy amber ones which would cost me in the region of £600 net. with the other bits i need.

Or

I can put what i have in which would cost me about £350 getting the extra gauge I need and gauge pod.

Any constructive ideas/onions welcomed.

gaz that is really tempting as they do look the nuts it just the £250 extra plus the hassle of getting rid of what I got that is making me think about keeping them.
And what are the Defi I have worth???

 

It depends on the gauges they usually go for around £100 each give or take same with the controller but depends on if it's a mark 1 or mark 2, They don't come cheap but that that are hard to beat, you'll only get the others you need second hand now as most places are out of stock and have changed to the advance range

Ash just a quick 1, if u sell your Defis and get pro sport? I know u can't compare the 2 but u save a bit and they will be brand new?

 

Really dont like the prosports as i had a look at them.
