Hi all, I have finally received the paperwork from Dave (Opentrack) today, for those of you who haven't already received it.

Hi all, I have finally received the paperwork from Dave (Opentrack) today, for those of you who haven't already received it.
Because of the formats it has been sent in I am unable to attach the documents here. Instead I will need to email it out to you.
Please could you send me an email to
hils-etc@hotmail.co.uk
and I will send the forms by return
(if for some reason you don't wish to let me have your email address please pm me a fax number on here & I will fax them across to you)
There are three documents;
1) PDF MSV 06 that needs to be completed
2) Opentrack Indemnity that needs to be completed
3) Information sheet
Below are your driver numbers;
YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW THESE NUMBERS WHEN SIGNING ON
YOU WILL ALSO NEED BOTH PARTS OF YOUR DRIVING LICENCE
I will have a supply of spare forms as well as a list of driver numbers on Saturday evening / Sunday morning for those of you who overindulge & forget them!!
Any questions as ever please ask either myself, Budgie or Arkwright.

No fill them in and leave them at home

Maags fill them in bring them with you write your driver number on the corner of your forms that way you won`t forget it when you sign on and hand the forms over.
Don`t forget your driving licence, helmet and long sleeves no shorts just in case Roz wants to make you wear them again.
Most everything else we can blag,beg, borrow or nick on the day.
