I've got a mate who's a subaru specialist who does 4 wheel computer alignment, based in cricklewood, he'll do a much better and cheaper job than topgear hayes... He also offers nitrogen tyre filling. If you want his details let me know.

Max caster.
1.75 degrees negative front camber
1.5 degrees negative rear camber (I have adjustable arms to enable this)
-4 minutes of toe per wheel at the front
+15 minutes of toe per wheel at the rear
These settings can by quite hard on the inner tyre edges if you do lots of motorway miles, but it really did seem to handle well. I've since fitted an ALK and am looking forward to seeing the changes.
