Default Oil consumption

Afternoon all.... it has been a while, I have been away quite a bit. Anyway, general views welcomed..... Post upgrade I am adding around 1.25ltrs of oil a month... I have nothing to comapre this too, any views?

Rich did tell me to keep an eye on the oil levels..

have you still the factory crankcase breather? or have you catch can?

Steve, mechanically I am not too bright! During the upgrade work I do not beleive anything changed (other than the usuals for a standard upgrade), so assume all is as it was from the factory.

my car dont use anything i notice and the only time my catch can caught anything was when i melted a piston try putting some cardboard under it when u park up if none on it your cars eating it

Thanks for the suggestion. Nothing coming out when parked so it must be using it! Now having read about catch can, which I don't have fitted, I wonder if any is being pushed out whilst driving. It will go in for an oil change in a couple of months so I'll ask Rich to take a look then.
