Land Rover Series 2a Air Portable.
For the Land Rover fans amongst us I thought I'd share a few photos of my Landy Lightweight which I've just finished a nut and bolt restoration on.
It's been off the road around 5 years in total after failing its MOT due to a rotten chassis.
Rebuilt from the ground up over the past 18 months on a new Galv chassis its been hard work and many many hours but finally it's completed
It's no Rolls Royce that's for sure but it's such fun, looking forward to some roof off motoring this summer.
Being a 1971 it's also tax exempt
Hope you enjoy a few photos
It's come a long way.
Well on the way here
Time to enjoy

Very, very nice that sir - great job.
I've got a 1986 ex-military 90 with a 200tdi modified turbo and plenty of trick bits and over here I get to enjoy it as a soft-top all year round - enormous fun
