Cool Allan's white Sti "type R"

Ok guys thought i would start a build thread as i never done it with my last project and always wish i did, plus i was just going to keep it the way i bought it but due to one thing or another........ Ive changed my mind

18/09/2012
Well this is a couple of pictures when i bought it,

20/10/2012
Then as mentioned in one of my other threads only a month after buying it some tosser from along the road left his handbrake off and his car rolled into it causing damage to the wing and door
Unfortunately i didn't get i pic of the damage but this is how it looks now after being repaired and finally got it back and fitted my private reg and new wheels,
7/11/2012

THEN......... Having just drove it out the garage and heading out for a wee drive to get used to it again, I got about 4miles and now i think the big end has let go on me I seriously felt like crying when it happened as i hadnt had the best start to ownership as it was!
But heyho look on the bright side (if there is one) im going to get the engine fully rebuilt and got some nice mods to go along with it

SO WATCH THIS SPACE

Allan

P.S My nickname is JAGO btw hense the reg lol

24/11/12

Just a small update of some of the bits and bobs going in the engine next week

Will be getting pics of the build up next week

Allan

04/12/12

Ohhh.... im so excited

td05-20g Hybrid

Lets keep things cool

And to keep an eye on things but basically just cause i think they look sick haha

Allan

Cant wait to get some updated pics up in the better weather. Done a lot since last update.

Engine run in - check
Alkatek fitted and mapped - check
Toucan touch screen fitted - check
Foglamp covers fitted - check
New grille fitted - check

She made around 370/380 on a td05-20g mapped by andy forrest.

Few things still to do including;

Fit my scoobyworld mudflaps and engine undertray
Get the bonnet vents sorted (they have been painted and starting to peel)
Get front lip painted and fitted

Then further down the line when my wallet recovers im going to go for a 6speed gearbox and newage brembo's

Hopefully have pics this weekend!

Cheers, Allan

Well at long last i have got a day to get the car detailed and get a few snaps courtesy of the girlfriend Let me know what you think, still waiting on my factory front lip to be painted and fitted along with my scoobyworld flaps next week.

Im very happy with how ive got the front end looking now compared to when i bought it?

Also had to get a few pics of the wee glanza's, the silver one is my girlfriends and the black one is mine but its currently in the middle of an engine swap
