Finally bought a hatch!
No not one of those kid on impreza's with no boot
( kidding hatch owners i actually do like them
)
One for the roof!
Only a couple of pictures as the weather if crap!
Big thanks to pedsti ( peter ) for sourcing and fitting the vent for me

To the first part, well both of mine now have them so it must be true
to the second parts, its rained that much up here this year it will probably never be opened

What exactly is the idea with these roof vents?, Read you cant have them open above 50mph as it will get ripped off, so apart from on a hot day parked up it can let some air in the car what else?

you cant open them when moving at speed as the wind will rip it off the roof.
you can drive at any speed once open and locked in place though.
not sure mines straight though.

A local body shop up here orders them through subaru uk and they come from japan.

Much prefer the stick on WRC type, it would look great with a few stickers here and there as well!

You can have them open at higher speeds just dont open them whilst your moving at speed, Unless you forget to pull the handle down on the inside and think its closed but to them find out at .....er 70mph it just opens its self with a bang, $hit the life out of me but its still there, lol
