Default Dutch Legacy driver

Hi you guys,

I hope I am allowed here with my Legacy...
Short introduction:
Gijs, 36 years old, I live in Utrecht in the middle of The Netherlands. I used to drive a MY04 WRX but for two years now I drive a MY06 Legacy 3.0R specB. Thank's to my wife who decided to deliver my two kids. The Legacy is, what a surprise, a touring wagon.

I am quite active on the dutch Subaru-forum (Subaru Club Nederland).

Why did I join here with a Legacy? Well, I'm thinking of upgrading my Leggy a bit. I'm searching for Prodrive PFF7 wheels but they are getting quite rare. It's difficult to find a set in Holland. So I thought, let's look abroad. And then Scoobynet came up.
Together with the Prodrives I'm thinking about getting Brembo's. And they are also more sold here then in Holland.

About my car:
MY06 Legacy 3.0R spec B touring wagon.
Upgrades:
- imitation STI front lip
- side and back windows tinted
- MY08 spec B rims
- HID set front with matching leds
- Whiteline adjustable 20mm ARB, end links and ALK
- winter-wheels: oem STI MY04

And the WRX MY04 I used to own:
- Prodrive Performance Package;
- trunkspoiler;
- OZ Superleggera 18 inch bronze;
- shortshift;
- Momo alu gearknob and shiftframe;
- HKS BOV;
- BC-racing coilover;
- Orange plastics removed from front lights;
- HID set;
- STI frontbumper;
- windows tinted.

Thank you guys.
Leggy engine is stock so "only" 245 hp. No turbo's or supercharger mounted, so few possibilities to get more hp's out of it. But the ride is nice and it is quick enough for me (right now). Handles ok with the oem Bilsteins and Whiteline stuff.

Nice cars Gij,

Uklegacy.com is probably the best place to go for advice as a few people have tinkered with the spec b's.

if you do hang around here you'll have to be a bit thick skinned until you figure out who the narrow minded **** jockeys are who think scoobynet should be imprezanet.

I already know Uklegacy.com. Going to sign in as wel.

And I know that 99% of the users here are Impreza drivers. I'm used to being a black sheep with my Legacy. Same thing (I only think a little less than over here) is happening with the dutch Subaru Club. I think 90% of the users are Impreza owners but it's supposed to be Subaru club and not an Impreza club. But in GB you have a Legacy club. We haven't got that in Holland.

But to be honest I joined your forum in particular fot the "for sale" section. Subaru is like Lego so much of the Impreza parts also fit my car.

grtz Gijs

Hey Daan,

You here?
Going to buy some nice PFF7's yourselve as well?

Sometimes I miss the WRX, true. But only when I'm in the mood for some serious ***-kicking on the road.
