Default New Impreza again

Well finally got the Impreza I always wanted. By complete chance I guy i used to work with me
offered me it with a suspected engine issue. On the phone he said cam shaft issue and that the guy at the garage says it needs
a rebuild. Im still offshore but picking the car up later in the week. Even if the engine is a complete loss it is still a bargain.
The fact I have a a fully forged 2.1 lurking in my barn is also handy

Only pic I have so far

I do have a soft spot for the P1, and like Murray555 said they are getting hard to find these days. Good luck and enjoy!

Well picked it up and have given it a wash. Turns out it is mint and has full service history and a few nice wee extras. Will stick up some pics later

Does look lovely. Just out of curiosity, how many miles has it done and how much did you pay? If you don't mine me asking.

Mileage is 83k and price £3k but it needs a new engine. 2.1 and PPG straight cut box sitting in the shed ready to go in next week
