Nope definately a UK car V2 STI type RA's dont have airbags, dont have ABS, dont have washer jets, speedo is on the left, rev counter the right (opposite to a UK car), normally have a DCCD and intercooler water spray, have a silver STI intercooler (did I mention the roof vent?).
UK car
Tony
PS, this is a v2 sti type RA, they normally come in white though the odd blue one is known to exist in limited form, about the only 2 colours they came in.

Probably not the correct site your looking at, you need the model applied code for the car tbh for an exact match, but that definately is a uk car by the looks.

This will make it easier
Trust me when I say its a UK car, you can look through this official subaru brochure for the 1996 JDM model car.
http://www.subaru-impreza.org/downloads/1995-sti.pdf
Note the colours they came in, just hope you didnt pay much for her

You will need to change the wheels for the brembo's as those wont have enough clearence for the calipers so the 4 pots work out cheaper with discs and decent pads (plus braided hoses etc), or speak with Ian Godney at www.godspeedbrakes.co.uk as he does some nice kits
