Default Type R

picked up my new toy from a bloke on here few days ago. had it looked over by my garage yesterday, all seems in perfect order mechanically

gave it a really good clean through today and had a really close look at condition of paint and cosmetically what will need to be done.

but a few pics for now....

I suggest you sort the ecu and get it mapped asap.

As for the blue one i have an identical one on my drive in a very similar state.
tempted to stick a six speed and an engine in it, but i think my mrs would divorce me if idid.

Welcome to the type R club mate.Nice to see he sold it to someone who cares.
Here's a few of mine,also standard.

Just put a catback on a few weeks ago.

I was going to stay completely stock but I've started collecting bits together for a bit of modding.

Cheers bud.
The mudflaps were fitted when new apparently.I've got a Japanese receipt there that came with it.The fronts are really wide with a v shaped cutout and they nearly touch in the middle.certain speed ramps are really annoying.
Scoobyworld have some similar in different colours.

Chris wrx I'm really liking your colour and wheels.

I know you say you want to keep it standard but please do yourself a favour and carry out the following:

Crystal headlights and sidelight lenses
Full facelift grill
White wheels, or get those rims powdercoated white.

It will completely transform the car I promise you, for me that's the perfect scooby with the exception of the above!

Damn I wish I could afford a Type R
