I would like to see a standard set compared to the ported ones and a matched uppipe. I was always under the impression ported was just ground out openings

So if use his headers and up pipe on MY03STI now, standard turbo, when I change to 20g will I need to change up pipe/headers?

If you move to a 20G you may need to swap the up pipe.
There's nothing to see really with them fitted.. they look just like the standard manifold.
