Default Matte Black Subaru

What do you think? I was thinking of doing my own car in matte black wrap

Im not too sure now I have looked at the link whether its nice or not, but its certainly different.

http://www.clubwrx.net/forums/member...-9-5s-low.html

I also have a friend whom work in a body shop, so other things such as changing the way that the 'bug' front looks is no trouble either

I understand both parties here, the Hawk Looks very nice, but then I think the Hawkeye can look nice in almost any OEM colour scheme without the need to go matte black.

Im concerned the Bug might look terrible, thus the link above. Im sat on the fence with it all, therefore I dont think I should do it unless I decide to update the front or customise it. hmm

It might look better with some Prodrive lights in?!?!?

By looking at the car in your link I think its more matte grey then a black as in juggers link plus you will need a set of the sti darker front lights possibly do the black out mod that people do on the blob and hawk and it could look nice. If not possibly a set of morrettes. Any how get it done and if you don't like it peel it off.

Looks okay...

One of my previous cars was half matte black (weird colour scheme, don't ask!) and tbh, never again. Nightmare to keep it looking good, got real bored of it in the end. Nothing like having a car nice and shiny!

I think the matt black will work on a bugeye with the right supporting mods. Unfortunately at the moment IMO the total impreza bugeye is a fail but I hope as it progresses it will start to look better.
Loosing the morrettes if favour of Sti lights would be a start, as I don't like them in matt black.

Jury is out, I think it ages the car and gives it an army feel, would look nice on a MK2 Golf!
