Spec D Meets Buff Daddy !!!!
After using loads of different wax's and polishes through the years,I have now found the Dodo juice range and I have to say its definitely the best products I have used.
Not only are they sensibly priced they are so easy to use and smell great.
I spent about 8 hours last weekend on the body work which to be honest wasn't that bad but I think I'm getting OCD as I cant stop cleaning her .
This was the process .........
1. De-bugged and de tared with Poorboys Bug Squash.
2. Snow Foamed left for 5 minutes and rinsed.
3. Washed and rinsed.
4. Clayed with mild clay bar ( this took about 2.5 hours) I think this is a very important part of a good detail as it gets the paint spotless and mirror like.
5. Snow foamed and rinsed.
6. All plastic trim tapped to protect from polish.
7. Polished with new Buff daddy, Lime prime polished used with a 3M polishing head (soft). The lime prime has a very light cutting action to correct the small swirl marks you get from washing of which it got out superbly.
8. Only one coat of Dodo juice Light fantastic wax was applied as I wanted to apply another the next morning.
9. Stand back and admire .
Some pics.
The Buff Daddy with the Lime Prime.
Its was only the bottom of the panels that the clay bar really had work hard as I had already done this 1 year ago.
Its good idea to tape the plastics as it makes using the machine polisher so much easier.
The wax comes in tiny pots but if you use it properly you can coat up to 5 times, you can buy bigger but I want to try a few more in there range.
Cheers Guys Hope its not to boring for you but I just love a good sunny Sunday with a few beers a bit of music going and my lovely Buff Daddy.

I managed to get the buff Daddy in a deal from an Ebay shop (new) Included was a cool Dodo bag, the machine its self with spanners replacement brushes and Alan key, 6"backing plate, Lime Prime polish and 1 roll of 3M tape all for £88.00 inc postage.
I think the G220 can be got for about £120.00 tho,

I cant see it being much different (looks the same) does the same thing, Maybe has a better motor or something like that. TBH its not going to get to much use,as long as your not going to turn into a professional detailer
